At WHATTOWEARLONDON, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, we're here to help.

30-Day Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unworn, unused, and in its original condition.

  • Have all original tags attached.

  • Be returned in its original packaging where possible.

  • Include proof of purchase or your order number.

Items returned without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please email us at whattowearlondon@yahoo.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Your full name

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • The reason for the return (optional but helpful)

Return Shipping

Unless your item is faulty, damaged, or you received the wrong item, customers are responsible for the cost of returning their order.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as WHATTOWEARLONDON cannot be responsible for returns that are lost in transit.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at whattowearlondon@yahoo.com with your order number and clear photographs of the issue. We will work quickly to resolve the problem by offering a replacement, exchange, or full refund where appropriate.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty:

  • Sale or clearance items marked as non-returnable.

  • Gift cards.

  • Personalised or custom-made items.

  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size, colour, or item, simply return your original purchase for a refund (subject to approval) and place a new order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at whattowearlondon@yahoo.com.

UK & European Union Consumer Rights

If your order is delivered to the United Kingdom or the European Union, your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected by this policy.

For orders delivered within the European Union, you also have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it without providing a reason, provided the items are returned in their original, unworn condition with tags attached and in the original packaging.

International Orders

We proudly ship worldwide.

Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges imposed by their country's customs authority. These charges are non-refundable.

Return shipping costs for international orders are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or sent in error.
